I would rather give ZERO stars.

This is the third time coming to this location. I had to find a new doctor as I had changed jobs and my previous doc no longer accepted my new insurance. The biggest mistake was choosing this place. I signed up to yelp just so I can write this. I left the office in tears this morning. The receptionists are the worst. The second time I went was for a minor procedure and I opted to receive email notification so when my results came in I went on to their portal but I did not understand their terminology so naturally I called over so someone could explain. The woman who answered was pretty rude. I asked if she could explain to me what the results were because I did not understand it online, she then said "what part don't you understand". I was shocked and I said well everything really. She placed me on hold for about 10 minutes well long story short they later apologized. I was over it and was willing to go back to them when I found out I was pregnant. I went in this morning and they apparently did not have the correct insurance information. I told her I wished they would have told me when I called to make the appointment and she just said "well its your insurance card..." again shocked! I waited a while to get the appt so I asked if I could run home and come back in an hr. She kept going back and forth to double check to which I went back to my seat every time (it is a super small waiting room) so the third time she came out she said to her colleague-not knowing that I could hear-"God where is she?! She keeps leaving!"... Unbelievable.

I am a concierge and I know what good service is...this is not it! Please save yourself some pain/trouble and DO NOT COME HERE.

Horrible!

Dr. Zak was my doctor and she was rude each time I went for a visit. She would interrupt me while I was trying to ask questions about my baby, and she was rough and caused pain during examinations. The doctor and ultrasound tech never gave me any information about the baby or pregnancy. The ultrasound technology thy have is about 20 years behind so don't expect any clear pictures of your baby. The nurse was rude and unfriendly, as was the office staff. The place looks like a dump. And if you want a doctors office that will call you back, look elsewhere! I've been to many other OBGYN offices, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Pregnancy is supposed to be a special time in a woman's life an I left feeling angry and sad after each visit and phone call.

Terrible

I walked into a jam packed old, dingy looking office with only a few chairs open. I was briefly greeted then waited over 40 minutes to be taken to see the doctor. The nurse who did my vitals was rude and unfriendly. I could hear the entire conversation being had in the room next to mine. I then waited another 30 minutes in another old And dingy room for the doctor. I will never ever go here again, I don't care how good the doctor is. My time was completely wasted and disrespected. Terrible.

First, let me say Dr. Newton is an amazing doctor. She's the only ob/gyn I've ever seen, and I'm truly sorry to lose her as a doctor. I started going to Dr. Newton in my teens, I'm now almost 30. I followed her to her new location, even though its a 45 minute drive from my house. Her office staff has ALWAYS been a problem. I've referred several patients there over the years, and I always warn them about the staff. They're rude, cold, and very uncaring. My best friend saw Dr. Newton several years ago and loved her, but refused to go back because she was so turned off by the office staff. I called the office last week to schedule my annual, and was informed that I had been cancelled as a patient. The girl I spoke to seemed confused, so she told me she would have someone in accounting call me. The next girl called me and nothing she said made sense. She started explaining about an overdue balance (under $100) from 2011. I asked her why no one brought it to my attention when I was physically at the office in 2012 and she had no answer except some nonsense about how they have an old system and a new system and this was in the old system, but they use both systems. Yea... So instead of telling me about the balance when I was there, they sent me to collections (which I was unaware of) and cancelled me as a patient. The woman I was speaking to was rude and made it very obvious that she could not have cared less. She kept repeating the same thing, that there was nothing she could do, and I need to contact the collections company to pay, and then I could schedule an appt. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she told me she would have the office manager call me, which never happened. I'm shocked that a business would be willing to lose a customer of well over a decade over a balance of less than a hundred dollars, which they didn't even bother to collect when I was there. This is just one example of the horrible staff, I could literally go on and on. I've finally had it, and as much as I hate losing Dr. Newton, I found a new doctor.
