I love working with Red Rock Fertility. I had a terrible experience with ART and my OBGYN (like mixing up the samples bad) so was eager to find a specialist I could trust. I was able to get an appointment right away, speak to a real person on the phone, and start a cycle immediately. Even better - Dr. Littman suggested a protocol that was LESS invasive than what my OBGYN suggested, and was covered completely by my insurance. Amazing! Her staff is very kind, organized and upfront about costs, so there were no surprises. This is the best experience I've had at any healthcare provider in Las Vegas. I highly recommend this practice.

Since we were not able to get pregnant on our own, we turned to Dr. Littman for her help and we immediately knew that she was the doctor for us. Dr. Littman and her staff are the most kind, caring and compassionate people you will find in the medical field.

I had seen a specialist when I was younger and was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome meaning that I have cysts on ovaries. I just knew that when the time came, I would have trouble conceiving. So I came to Red Rock and saw Dr. Littman. I went through two rounds of IVF and on my second try I was blessed with my beautiful baby girl, Sophie. I will always think of Red Rock and Dr. Littman because they made this miracle happen.

It is impossible to express our gratitude to Dr. Littman and her staff. We are truly blessed to have our beautiful baby, Nico, in our lives and we owe it all to Dr. Littman's expertise and support. Thank you Red Rock!
