I have lived there for 3 yrs do not come here i have problems with my phone line my gas stove extremly high bills in the summer 350$+ a month they never fix anything the manager is an extreme jerk hole that thinks your problems are a joke I told him my phone line had not worked in two months despite me calling embarq and having them come and attempt to fix the line,I also told him i was not able to make or recieve calls from my home phone.His response was how are you calling me now?.Do not move here it is already a poor neighborhood that will continue to drag you down even if you are working full time the bills are so outrageous because the units are so old and there refusal to fix anything.The pools (there are 3) are never opened on time and when they are open they are never working properly and turn green with in a few days,if you dont believe me come by right now and take a look at the pool,My recommendation is that they tear these apartments down or at least lower the rent completly.
