Charley is very expensive. He brought a tech guy who left my house twice and came back the next day. Charley charged me for 4 hrs of work which took him 1 hr to do. Horrible company. Please stay away from them to save your wallet..

CANNOT RECOMMEND RAINBOW AIR

Charley’s service man was at my home for approximately 1 hour to diagnose, uninstall a burned out part, then return to install the new one. The technician proceeded to prime me for how much a “dealer part” was going to cost to prepare me for a 600% markup. He charged me 360$ for a part my husband later found online for 60$, that the tech bought in town here at a location less than 30 minutes away from my home, even though he did not return for hours, I assume to prepare me for his labor bill. It was for four hours in addition to the service call, much more than double what it should have been if the service call had been treated as such. In total my bill was 672$, which the tech demanded immediate payment for. Upon contacting Charley immediately after to discuss the bill, he has not returned our phone calls as promised. Upon further investigation we have learned this company has an “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau. We should have checked them first.
