AVOID them at all costs! A high quote that they make you believe is for QUALITY (a price given after walking the property IN PERSON) only to have them in the property from 12noon to 7:30p and when a neighbor "surprised" the girls they were lounging around NOT working in the home, on their phone, and still telling the neighbor who surprised them that they still had to mop the floors. Needless to say the hustled out shortly after that and did NOT mop the floors and the blinds were not cleaned individually as promised in a DEEP clean estimate (in fact there was still dust on the blinds where it appears they only dusted them while closed, did not even open them when dusting them), sinks were untouched, mirrors were not cleaned AT ALL, counter tops still had crumbs, dog hair, etc HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company! And if you go to the owner with your complaints she immediately starts threatening a lawyer rather than really looking into the situation and assessing the situation. She SAID she would go to the property to inspect and finish the job herself the following morning only to get a message later the next morning saying she was busy, it would be from 1-3p....not hearing from her the rest of the day and having been told no one ever showed up, I followed up only to have her not reply until the FOLLOWING morning to say that she would send girls out THAT morning. LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT TRUST WITH ANYTHING.....and if I can find somewhere else to report them with the state I will! I thought paying a lot more on the job would provide me with the security of them being a licensed business where they would handle the job professionally and hassle free.....clearly that is not the case! I will be going back to those that are super thorough but a lower price. (And yes, I do have before and after pictures and for an owner who is so hostile, I will be glad to NEVER give them our business AGAIN!!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Don't WASTE your money, not worth the stress!!!!)....shame you can't give NO stars on a rating.
