VERY UNPROFESSIONAL--not just to us, as Veterans but to our rescue K9s needs. I have used Eddiein the past & contacted his company again to help aid in our older dogs needs & current deployed pups needs. Unfortunately, the door we had installed a few years back can no longer accommodate my arthritic companion. As I called to explain this; the man we once knew, who came to our home with a welcoming personality was no longer that same person. Instead of a home visit he walked me threw the steps of measuring out everything myself. Then arrogantly saying, "No, I can't do anything for you." Not a sorry & most certainly NOT wanting the business, as if I was a bother! I CAN understand that a larger door might not fit, BUT try to help a loyal customer. I know longer will be using company/Eddie to anyone we know. Great job on going above & beyond to help those adopted/rescue pets in need or helping a local Veteran/Active Duty member WHO serves your country so you can insult them with your PRIDE
