Progressive provides us with very good service. They are relable and we have not expeienced any problems with pests since they have been taking care of our home. Their service personnel are friendly and efficient.

I have been a customer for ten years, and I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the service on all levels. After ten years, I still get service at the same day and same window hour. They are trustworthy and prompt. Not only they service my house, but they also provide service to my friends, neighbors and relatives. I would extremely recommend Progressive Pest Control to everybody.

So I had a terrible pigeon problem with these nasty "rats with wings" making nests on my roof under the A/C. I could not believe the mess they had made on my spanish tile ::gag:: I have been using Progressive's regular pest service for quite some time so I asked my tech one day if they could do anything about these damn birds and sure enough they handle that sort of thing. Their bird expert came out and explained everything that goes into getting rid of the pigeons and that they clean and sanitize, on top of removing the nest and putting up spikes and what not. Anyways a long story short... They are very professional and informative and they do a great job. I recommend them all the time and can't imagine ever using anybody else.

I am very happy with Progressive Pest Control's service, especially Tom (our technician) and Farrah (the office manager). Like others have said, they always call the day before to remind you that they will be coming out. My only problem with their service is the safety of their indoor products, specifically regarding cats. While PPC said that their indoor products are safe to use around cats, they're very similar to flea medications used on dogs -- which are highly poisonous to cats. Because PPC could not furnish any proof that their indoor products are safe for cats, I chose to have them spray only outside the house. With rare exceptions, outdoor spraying still keeps the inside of the house bug-free -- and I have the peace of mind knowing that my cats will not be harmed.

We have been with them since the beginning of their business. They continue to be professional, responsible, and friendly. We have owned several homes in the Las Vegas Valley and PPC has been there for us. They have helped us out with several emergent situations dealing with ants, bees, and even pidgeons.They are reliable with routine as well as emergency calls. We highly recommend them!

We've utilized the services of Progressive Pest Control for more than fifteen years and will probably continue to do so for as long as we require pest control. We're always given 24 hours notice of our service date and, unfortunately, often we still forget and play another round of golf. Tom, our technician has come to know our habits and sometimes calls us again before coming out to our home.



A change in plans is no problem as PPC is very flexible. After our long relationship together we too know their number and call to reschedule if we're unable to make the appointment. Their service is like clockwork, I've verified this in my checkbook......exactly one month between the checks I've written them:) Additionally, they're always within the time-frame given by the 24 hour courtesy call.

With my busy schedule, Progressive Pest Control is always reliable. They always call me a day ahead to remind me of my service day. I have been with their company for about 3 years now. I use to have a huge scorpion problem and now my house is pretty much pest free!! I am very happy with the friendly and efficient services they provide.

All my experiences with this business have been excellent. At a time when many businesses are going out of business, I am glad I have this company to service my pest control needs. I know they will be in business for many years to come because of their high level of service.

Progressive Pest Control truely is the best Pest Control Co in town. They provide quality service and actually take their time. Any time i had a problem, they would come out the very same day!! Ive gone through a tremendous amount of companies since living in Las Vegas, and Progressive Pest Control is the only company worth while & worth keeping!!

I moved to a new house and went without pest service for nearly 4 months. The reason I had put it off was because my previous company could not tell me about what time they were coming so, I ended up waiting around a long time each month. Then I call Progressive Pest Control, not only do they schedule an hour window of time, they call you the day before to remind you of your service. With a busy family life, this is really important.
