Great service, reliable crew. Got the job done quick

The backyard patio done by Proficient is stunning. We recently purchased a new home and had them tear down a previous design, and put up a new one. We recently had a new pool put in, but the patio cover and foundation put down from Proficient really makes the home. I'd highly recommend them

Communication was a breeze. Never had any problems from the original quote, the day of the install, or after. The designer was helpful, I'm really satisfied with the outcome. I'd give them 5 stars.

I recently purchased a spa here after having a pergola and concrete slab being put in my backyard. When I first came in, I spoke with Gary the salesmen. I ended up also working with Jessica. They were both a huge help. They promised they could come out and get the spa installed before a specific deadline, and they did. They were a huge relief, I wouldn't second guess in giving them a recommendation to friends and family.

They showed up on time, got the entire project done in just two days. We had them do both a spa, and a gazebo. I was worried that this would have taken a lot longer, but they came with a lot of people and got this done fast, but not in a way to where it was rushed or bad work. I'm very pleased with how everything went. One of the best projects I've ever done. I really can't thank them enough

Service was fast. My wife and I came in and ended up getting a spa. They were quick to have the installation done. They picked up their mess when all was said and done. Pricing was the best when compared to two other companies we were considering. If I could give them a better rating, I would. Thank you!!

I would not recommend this company for anything. They are not honest to the customers nor the employees. They Have the biggest turn over of sales people I have seen in the industry. With so many of them having to turn to authorities to get paid. When it’s every person that sells for them it’s obviously the management issues.

They applied concrete finish, overlay and coloring to existing concrete. They were great. Highly recommended.

We are thrilled the way the patio has turned out and neighbors have complemented how it has improved our property 1,000%. The area looks so much bigger and we spend a lot of time admiring the patio. If you are looking for cheap and fast, go no further, but if you want quality for a good price choose them. Our project was pretty big and with only two workers, it took 8 working days to complete. The workers did a great job and we are totally satisfied with the workmanship. i would hire them again, with no question! Thanks again!

This company is as professional as it gets. The staff was fabulous and friendly. Our cover looks great and the price was even nicer. We will be using them again next year for another project.

Thus far I've dealt with the owner and the office personnel. All are very professional and knowledgeable. We'll have the actual patio cover put up in the few weeks. We will know more at that time. Looking forward to it.
