Received a Christmas Bouquet sometime yesterday. Arrangement contained yellowing, dried up and wilting flowers. Learned they were going to deliver, due to social distancing, left a note on intercom requesting they ring it when they delivered. Also left phone number to call as an option. They did neither. Have requested refund from FTD due to poor quality.
