Primero is a terrible insurance company. If you get into an accident you will be sued by the person you hit, because Primero does not pay the accident victim. Unlike Allstate or Farmers Ins who pay within days of the accident. It will take Primero a week or longer for the appraiser to even come to you to asses the damage. then it will take months before a payment is made. The also will not stay in contact with you to keep you up to date informed on the status of your claim..

DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM PRIMERO, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SUED.. YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT HAVE ANY INSURANCE... Primero means first, but let me tell you , they are the LAST company you want to insure you.... The appraiser will not show up on the day he's scheduled to and when he does show it will be atleast a week after the accident.. They do not run the Ins Co like a Business. You have been warned... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH PRIMERO you will be unsatisfied with their lack of service and the nonchalant way the dont handle their business.. The rating system is also unfair if a company doesnt deserve a star , you shouldnt have to give them any.. Primero does not deserve any stars, we should be able to give them a minus or an F when grading them..
