Swindlers!!! The short of it: We bought a brand new car in 2014, that we co-signed for our son. Several months later, the car stopped running. Corporate Chrysler has taken 9 months to arrange a trade with the dealership. In the meantime, he is paying for the car payment AND the taxes on the rental car that Prestige put him in. Tonight we were finally supposed to get the car, but luckily, our son read everything before signing. They assured him that there would be an even trade with a $0 increase on his loan, then 15 minutes, tried to quickly get him to sign for a new car that cost much more. Prestige is trying to make extra money by hoping that because he is a young college student, that he isn't savvy to their ruthless business practices. Prestige Chrysler is NOT a good place to do business! We were sold a car that doesn't work and now we are asked to pay MORE than agreed upon! We are PENALIZED because we bought a Dodge DART!

I would NEVER buy another car from this dealership. 3 words- LIES, INCOMPETENCE & LAZINESS!!! I won't go into too many details but we bought TWO cars on the same day in October. I STILL don't have my 2nd key for whatever reason (I've been given 4 different lies/excuses as to why i never got it). Everything else took me about a fozen trips to the dealership to resolve on MY time and gas!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SALES TO THE MANAGEMENT!!! Never again.

by far the worst ever dealer i have dealt with. l though Towbin Dodge was bad but this place makes them look like saints. but all in all i dont know which one lies the most. i ended up buying a chevy guess i couldnt get a straight answer from either people. i wont do business and nither should you with these people.

this is the worst store ever, there service department is the worst. the BBB reading from them says they are a F dealer and they have the worst customer service ever.

every time l go there all it is is lies and games played. i service they always try to sell me services on my car that are not even due yet, like for another 20,000 miles not due. they lie and lie. go to chapman it is a little further but you wont be lied to
