I was expecting a very important time sensitive package to arrive to a box I had at this company. The package arrived on a Saturday but the staff never placed a note in my box. I called everyday for the next few days only to be told I don't have any package. Then on the 6th day Friday they call me to tell me my package has been in since Saturday but they forgot to place a note in my box. I was so infuriated!
