Friendliest service in the city!! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent Service; they also allow month-to-month payment when you initially sign-up (no 3/4/6 month payment in advance). It works for me.

I needed to send two boxes and a letter package (Fri,Dec 18th) the week before Christmas (2009). I was expecting that the heavier box would cost me AT LEAST $25-30, let alone the other items, and was SURE that they would never make it in time for Christmas. Rox Anne assured me that the package that had to go to California would definately make it, and there was a good chance that the package to (a very rural part of) South Carolina would likely make it too, but it would be close. She charged me $30.50 for all three packages. I was totally shocked. The bigger shock came when the South Carolina box made it to my dad the following MONDAY! All three packages not only made it on time, but I didn't have to stand in line for an hour at the post office, AND I didn't have to pay for three-day delivery or even Fedex, which I had considered..



I also had to send a bunch of 5x7 envelopes to about 40 people with a photo in each one. I put a piece of cardboard in each envelope for stability. Rox Anne advised that if I took out the cardboard, it would save me quite a bit of money, and honestly, the cardboard wasn't necessary anyway. She even helped me go thru each and every envelope to take the cardboard out, and reclose the envelopes. I really appreciated her suggestion, let alone the savings, AND that she was so willing to help me with the envelopes.



I have used them ever since, and Rox Anne always goes way beyond the call of duty, and gives me the best service ever. You don't find that kind of service anymore. I don't think I'll ever go to the post office again! I don't need to!
