I can't say enough good things about this co. They are great, the service was superb and I went in not quite knowing exactly what I wanted and they took the time to explain all the diff. options. The staff is the most patient, polite and friendly bunch of people that I've dealt with in a long time!

I was searching for some pins to give to my students concluding a summer unit on forensics. The administration of my school site recommended Pop's so I stopped by one afternoon. The store was difficult to find as it is in a strip mall of industrial shops and warehouses, but once inside I was greeted warmly. The inside showcases tons of different trophies, plaques, and other types of awards created in-house. I told the brother and sister team owners what I was looking for and they immediately went to work showing me catalogs and recommending designs. Unfortunately they could not have ordered a pin I found in their catalog (in this case the design I wanted was already copyrighted and the third-[arty company would not send it out), but they were so generous that they recommended a better yet cheaper alternative for my students: dog tag necklace badges. They told me that if I could create an original logo and email it in, they would create a personalized dog tag for each student in my program and only charge me $5 for each one! I went home with a sample that they gave to me for free, and I continued to research dog tags online. I was astounded to find that this kind of service elsewhere would have cost me at least one or two months of work, a minimum of a $60 charge for personalization, and then be charged at least $10 for each dog tag.



I returned to Pop's the following day after sending an email with my logo and 35 student names. The owners created a personalized dog tag with my name on it on the spot and in less than 2 minutes as an example. It was better than I expected! They told me that I could come back the following week and pick them up. I was surprised to have received a phone call only three days later to pick them up! Amazing!



Not only is the service amazing and the prices more than reasonable, but the personalities and personalities of the owners is really what makes the experience top notch. I feel like not only were the dog tags personalized, but my experience, as well. Similarly, my students LOVE their dog tags and wear them proudly.



If you are looking for any sort of awards, trophies, plaques, paperweights, or student incentives seriously look no further than Pop's. Forget the mall shops like Things Remembered that take too long or charge way too much. Pop's is a perfect alternative with exceptional products and service.
