Shortly after we opened, our customers began calling us “POP’s Philly Steaks” or just “POP’s.” That’s fine with us, because POP’s is an easy to remember short name for you to get the BEST cheesesteak anywhere!! Our mouth watering cheesesteaks are made at 501 S. Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas, Nevada (on the Southeast corner of Alta and Decatur).
