The value of the hotel was great, in fact after we checked out, the total bill came to $64, that was when we realized that the $170 that we won over the 2 nights actually paid for the room, 2 nights of drinking and almost everything else we spent at the Plaza - #freestay #stayandplay #valuecasino #winning #winners #awesome

Provided by YP.comStayed here during BikeFest 2011 for 3 days. The first problem was that the restroom door in my room had a hole in the door the size of a softball so my guests could see me while sitting on the toilet and I could see them. The second problem was that the hotel valet brought my car to me with a large piece of the dashboard torn off. The car was brand new and was not like that when I gave it to valet. When I complained the valet supervisor acted as if he didn't see anything wrong with it. I realize we can't assume it takes any kind of intelligence to be a valet parker nor valet supervisor but common sense should be mandatory. I completed an incident report and never heard back from the hotel. For being such a huge BikeFest this hotel had no drink or food specials, no live band, nothing at all. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
