During my off and three years stay. This place was ok until my husband became so ill he could no longer live at home. A man that was trusted decided to do a sexual assault on me. There were legal actions taken. However, the owner still maintains the tenant to present. Claims he is not involved and the man has lived there many years. The man is still on premise living there. Suggest before renting if the person is still there for safety reasons. Hopefully he has been asked to leave the property after owner is fully informed.

Moved here about a year ago, real nice quiet place to live. not going to move anytime soon. Love it here. Great landlord and great neighbors.
