Diagnosed my problem with my VCR perfectly. Interference rather than head damage. Advised moving the unit away from the other units by my TV and using a fresh power source.

Our HDTV has been having issues almost since we bought it - we lived in fear of shutting it off manually, because then it was nigh impossible to turn it back on again. We would have to let it auto-shut down. When it finally stopped working completely we went to Picture Perfect and Kurt promptly answered our questions, then serenaded us with his guitar (he likes to practice with it).

He ultimately charged us $160 bucks to fix the power supply, and knocked $25 off in exchange for me helping him with a pickup for another faulty TV. A few days later he gave me $80 in exchange for spending a sunday afternoon helping him with another chore, which brought the total price to $55 plus a few hours of labor. Pretty good for a $600 TV. ^.^

One of the most trusted electronics repair center in town. I highly recommend this one for sure.

Outstanding Service!! I got walk-in service for my LCD TV that wouldn't turn on. He took off the back of the TV and found the problem in seconds. He replaced the part. I was out of there in less than an hour. fair price. Can't say enough good things about this television repair shop. We used Picture Perfect for the first time on April 1, 2014. Dave was on time for our appt. He serviced all three of our DVD players and TV's. I was very impressed with the service and Dave. He was very personable and knowledgable. I will not hesitate to call him in the future for any necessary repairs. I also found his charge for the housecall to Summerlin quite reasonable.

i just dont's know how the owner of picture perfect tv custormer sead that the owner dose bad business by another custormer when he work 7 day a week and still behind on tv repair i can tell you is because he dose good jobs at a fair price so he been in business for 28 years at same location in las vegas that must say something about picture perfect tv repair he is a hard working man

I took my tv it was there for 7 days and I still didnt hear anything so I went down there and it still wasnt worked I would never tell anyone to go to this place it is bad business. I read other reviews about this place so I thought it was a good business I was fooled

I went into picture perfect tv repair with a broken tv expecting them to keep it over night or to be told to come back in a few days. But to my surprise Kirk fixed it straight away. I will be using their service again. thank you :)
