I love the fact that the membership fee is so worth it. Given the various gym equipment that you can use and fitness programs that you can join. It is worth every dollar.

In just 5 weeks of training at PSI, my swimming times dropped substantially at a Regional swim meet in California. I finally had LEGS and a GREAT KICK! I cant believe the progress I made in such a short time at PSI.
