great service and quick!!!

I bought a pair of glasses from here in December (I waited a while to post a review to make sure I'd be happy in them). Nancy is very nice and helpful. She was patient while I tried on probably 20 frames and was honest about what looked better than others. I went back a couple of times to get adjustments, but I have a deceptively large head! She was nice every time I was there, and happy to readjust. I adore the glasses that I bought and would recommend this store to everyone- and have, I've gotten compliments on the frames and happily tell people where I got them :)

I was referred to Nancy at Personal Eyes for prescription glasses by my opthamologist. I was so impressed with Nancy's level of customer service and knowlege about getting the perfect fit for my thick prescription that I wanted to let others know. If you ever need glasses, and especially if your prescription is strong, don't miss seeing this optical place. She is great, not to mention the big inventory of really nice frames.

I have been a customer of Personal Eyes for the past 20 years in Las Vegas. I have to wear no-line bifocals, and Nancy has personally overseen the making and fit of my glasses. I usually purchase at least 4 pair of designer glasses a year from Personal Eyes--two indoor and two outdoor. Nancy also made custom sport glasses for me for golf, and also put custom lenses in my swim goggles for lap swimming. I can see in the pool now! Now in my late 50's, I am grateful for the input I get in the selection of my frames, since I don't want to look like an old lady--even though I am getting up there in years! Thank you, Nancy.

I am a new customer to Personal Eyes. If you are looking for an optician with designer frames such as Chanel, you will love the large selection of designer glasses. I called many optical stores and Personal Eyes is one of handful in Las Vegas. I complained to Chanel was told that Chanel's extremely high standards are why most opticals no longer carry them, and they referred me to Personal Eyes. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for a good optician. I loved the selection, extreme knowledge of how to fit my prescription, and the quick time that they were ready. I highly recommend!!!

I have been a customer of Personal Eyes for 10 years. When I first moved to Las Vegas, not only did Nancy help me with new frames, she recommended an optometrist, as well. Now Personal Eyes outfits my entire family of five and over the years has provided unfailing personal service. I did make the mistake of purchasing glasses elsewhere once, as it was where my insurance directed me. I regretted that decision immediately! Personal Eyes is competitively priced, provides a quality product and superior customer service. Simply put, I will never buy eyewear anywhere else!

After several bad experience with eyeglasses my eye docter referred me to Personal Eyes Opticians. Nancy was the optician who greeted me and I must say, I have never had such personal and attentive service with the purchase of my eyeglasses. I have been wearing glasses for 14 years. i am a first time customer service of personal eyes and i received very poor customer service by nancy at lakemead office she was very rude and short from the time i walked in.I should of walked away from the beginning and went somewhere else but i gave it a chance i regret now i have eye glasses i don't even where because i didn't relize the color they were till i already paid for them and took them home and my daughter said mommoy there not brown there red so i tryed to exchange them and nancy was rude and told me there is no one else i can talk to but her. as of 8-4-09 she called me back and told me right before she hung up that if i don't like it go some wher else. so as of now im stuck with glasses i don't like at all. i will never return there or recommend someone there. i will let everyone i know about my experience that i received from personal eyes.i'am very disapointed with overall customer servive at personal eyes.
