This review is for the laser hair removal. They offer other services, but I have not tried them. Anywho, I bought the Groupon like several other reviewers.

I have tried laser hair removal in the past with American Laser Center. A complete waste of money. Live and learn, so I researched the different lasers available for hair removal since there are several in use. I have a medium complexion, and as such, was told that several lasers were not usable on my skin. Several lasers are only usable on pale skin because the lasers target the pigments in the hair, thus why most places tell you that pale skin and dark hair make for the best result. Pearl MedSpa uses the Alma Soprano XL laser, which is by far the best available with a much quicker treatment time than any other laser out there. Second, it is appropriate for darker complexions.

I emailed Pearl MedSpa to inquire which laser they used before purchasing the Groupon. A little research goes a long way. I have had 3 treatments on my lower legs and there is already a noticeable difference. I go in every six weeks, because that is the recommendation based on hair growth cycles. The laser isn't painless, but they offer numbing cream for an additional cost. During my first appointment, I was asked if I would like to purchase additional areas. It's a business, of course. I politely declined and was met with the response of, "You want to see results first." I said yes and they didn't ask again. When I went back I told them I noticed results even after the first treatment and she responded, "I know, this is the best laser." No pressuring on the upsell, which surprised me in all honesty. The laser really does sell itself with results.

In addition, the establishment is very clean. The towels smell fresh, there is always a new sanitary sheet on the bed, and nothing is out of place. If only my house was as organized and immaculate. I have always been met with politeness. Even when I arrived 20 minutes late, embarrassed and begging forgiveness. I didn't even get the angry face. They just laughed and said it was OK and took me back. We both griped about the traffic that day (4th of July weekend). My fault for not planning ahead.

Basically, do your research on the laser and what to expect, and you will not regret a laser hair removal purchase here!

I had seen a special on groupon about the accent body treatments. When I called Pearl MedSpa they were very helpful. They answered all my questions and were able to schedule me right away. I was happy with the service and experience and plan on going back. Zsuzanna was very helpful, polite, and efficient. Thank you staff at Pearl Med Spa!

I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal and I cant even imagine being more happy then I am with my results! Suzanna and the rest of the staff are so friendly! definitely going back!!

I've come here to get the laser hair removal, and im proud to say it works! ive had 6 treatments (recommended is 6-8) and i have almost no hair in my underarms! Staff is always friendly. i've had Zsuzsanna do a few treatments on me and she's the best, very friendly super chatty! i figured id give the place a review especially for people who want to know if the laser hair removal treatment works. WELL it does! painless, fast and simple!

If you listen to the negative reviews without giving Pearl Med Spa a chance then you are missing out on a great experience! This is my second year coming to Pearl Med Spa for the cellulite treatments. Suzanna is a professional and always made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. She works hard and even does the treatments herself to make sure the best job is being done for the customer. This is my second session getting the cellulite treatments on my thigh areas and I had 6 treatments the first time and will be getting 5 treatments over the next few weeks. I have seen results that I am satisfied with. With any cellulite treatments you cannot expect a miracle and expect the machine to do EVERYTHING! I also workout for the best results and so the results will last. The price for the treatments is very reasonable. I will continue to go to Pearl Med Spa as long as they are here in Vegas!!!

My experience with Pearl Med Spa and it's staff has been been wonderful. I originally went there to use a Groupon for 3 Accent treatments to try and help smooth out my stomach (bumpy from medical injections that left scar issue, but also dissolved random pockets of fat). I wasn't expecting much, but I was extremely surprised to see results after just one treatment! Needless to say I have gone back multiple times, and I'm looking better each time! As far as the staff they have been nothing but friendly, polite and helpful. I also appreciated that I didn't get any second-rate service because I bought a Groupon. I got the same service and attention as a full-paying customer. It's sad to see so many reviews that mention the workers looks and/or accent. That information has nothing to do with the quality of the business being run here. I've had a great experience with each visit, and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Came in for laser hair removal after a friends referral to this medical spa.

From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you are more in a spa than a medispa. Its calm, peaceful, and they treat each client exceptionally well,their office is clean, the staff is friendly and was very thorough with explaining the details of the treatment to me.

I have sent numerous friends in to see them for all kinds of "problems" and every single person has RAVED about the staff and the amazing results! Oh, and they are incredibly honest - they are never trying to "sell" you on something you don't need or won't work best for you . Love this place!!!

I can hardly wait to go back and schedule my next service.

Pearl Medspa advertises the lowest local prices for a variety of injectables and other treatments and their services MIGHT be good but I ll never find out because:



1. Twice they canceled & rescheduled my consultation on short notice.



2. When I met with Reva, I did not get her undivided attention and she literally said she was in a hurry while we were conversing.



3. They do not have any Before & After photos to show expected results.



4. When I did schedule a procedure and asked a question, Suzanna couldn't answer it and it is now 3 days later and nnobody has even called me back.



If this is the kind of service & attention you want, go for it. When I met with Francesca at Ultimate Injectables, she spent over 30 minutes with me discussing all my options and her recommendations will cost me considerably less than Pearl Med spa.
