No bugs! Very clean and very nice owners! Just got to pay your rent and things are fine! Of course I have never had a problem at any place I lived.

Various bugs, Roaches and Bedbugs are rampant in 504, apt. 208 unit. Kitchen floor is water saturated which caused 10 tiles to peal out and refrig door does not close. Living room window does not securely close, Unit has not been painted since last occupant, Apt in very shabby disrepair with inadequate maintenance. Wan Ying Chin, owner and Nancy Valesquez do not take care of the units.
