We have been customers of park 2000 at 2550 chandler for many years 4-3-15 we found our lick removed and a new lock was placed on our unit, we complained to the recent new residence mgr. they cut the lock off and that's when we realized our unit was being slowly stolen from we have a lot of large items but all small and movable items on wheels had been taken also they had left a I haul furniture dolly behind and small box's that had been being used to steel our stuff so what appears that the thieves have a unit in this complex and have been stealing from other units here and taking it to there unit in this complex, while we where there we learned that there had been 8 other break ins here at park 2000 and also complaints of homeless sleeping in some of the storage units the we asked the on site mgr. about this and they said yes we have homeless renting units here I asked if any are sleeping in the units the mgr said no they sleep in sunset park. In a few days we noticed many homeless entering this complex with a key code entry staging suitcases and sleeping bags the reason we rented a unit here was that the hours and security was very good the entire complex shut down at 6:pm no entry or exit to our surprise we now learn from the new i site mgr that they allow 24/7 to some renters ??? Also while we were there at about 5:15 another homeless guy walked thru the key pad entry gate in front of the office and office mgr. we drive thru the entire complex di not see this guy anywhere but some unlocked units - door down no lock so we hung around on the street we never saw this guy leave this complex is closed at 6 pm no entry or exit ? ----It is my suspicion that the current thefts are from the allowed activities of the homeless in the complex other business owners and storage unit renters we heard there same complaints of the homeless hanging around here. We know that there was not a car used to remove our items there was empty box's and a dolly left in the unit as well as all of our rolling carry on luggage was taken but not expensive large items just tools that are portable and with wheels on them I talked to another unit renter and he said that he thinks they are staying in a unit and when the complex closes and it's dark they are breaking in to the units. All these thefts are current over the past months - we are offering a reward of 3,000 for the information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects involved in the break in theft of our itemsTvcinc@yahoo.com

I've been renting from Park 2000 Minis since May 2014. The staff are the friendliest and nicest around! They set me up for auto-pay each month and email me the receipt (no cost!). They have these small office/warehouse facilities for start-up or small businesses - very inexpensive!
