I have been going to Palm Nails on and off for YEARS and referred everyone I know to go there and in return, given them lots of business. I have only had an issue with one of the guys who did my nails. I thought the first time was a fluke, but I went in last week to get my usual manicure with gel polish and pedicure. I have never been so angry in the work I have received from the salon since I begin going there. My pedicure was not done well at all. The nail polish started chipping immediately off the tips of my toes and my feet were rougher when I left than when I had gone in. The gel polish I got looks like I did it myself (which is not a good job, hence why I pay to have my nails done) as it is rigid and again, started chipping the day after. It looks as if the nail polish was just coated on before the prior coat was dried. I also asked for one nail on each hand to be nothing but glitter. He put a think layer of glitter on the nail and you cant even notice a thing (which is the least of my concerns here). Not only is the paint job horrible, I paid the $13 on top of the $20 fee they charge for the gel polish and it looks like he didn't even touch my cuticles. When I went in to have them fix it, the owner told me that only the original technician can fix it as they work off commission so no one else can fix it. I explained to him that I was willing to pay someone else a big tip to fix what their coworker did. The owner then told me I would need to talk to the technician that did it. When I tried to explain what I was upset about, he blew me off and started laughing at me saying you have to come back because I am too busy to deal with you right now. He then proceeded to mock me to the other employees and in front a store full of customers because of what I was complaining about. I have never had to complain and don't like the fact that I am being made to sound like a prissy brat, but I should not feel like this after paying someone to do a good job and end up with crap. After speaking with my coworkers, who also go there, they have been having issues with this same technician so it is not just me. I am sad that I have to go find another place to get my nails done because of the crappy experience I have had with them in the past week. Not only has my schedule not permitted me to go in for a THIRD time, I have terrible nails and go to get them done so I don't pick at my cuticles. I even told a friend who saw the bad reviews that they are wrong because the people who work at this salon are amazing. Sadly I have had to redact that statement.

Do not waste your time. This place does not know one thing about customer service. I wish I never wasted one dime there because my nails look horrible after that I went to another place to fix them. I was going to talk to the manager but she was on the phone the whole time ignoring me. I hope to warn patrons about this place not being worth your time and money.

This nail salon has the worst service. The employees are rude and do not know how to properly treat customers. I would never reccommend them and warn others not to go there. On top of their bad service, the guy was so bad that he made me bleed and the acrylics were crooked!
