Absolutely Horrible ! After several Phone Calls that were not returned they Finally sent out a Service Man to repair our Medical Massage Chair, My Wife and I both Depend on. 80% of the Chair was working when Service man arrived,But after the Service man worked on chair he said he needed some Parts. He Never Returned and now the Chair DOES NOT WORK AT ALL ! NOO one is returning our Calls. Out of the Box totally Shut Down our Medical Chair and No one has come back with the Parts and They WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. The Worst of the Worst.

I live in Chicago, Illinois. I called Out Of The Box, located in Las Vegas, and they got me a repair tech to fix my treadmill. The was very knowledgeable and went over the issues of the unit so i was aware of what was being done. I will call them if i ever have any issues again. They were great, fast, polite and reasonably priced.

I've been using Out of Box for years for service and installations for fitness equipment all over the country. Their rates are competitive and their service is exceptional. I would recomment their service to anyone.

I needed service on a treadmill, the work order was sent to Out of the Box, I was then called to inform me that when parts arrive to call the technician assigned to schedule an appointment, the technician showed up, completed the repairs, very professional, and made sure I was satisfied, thanks for the great service
