I really didn't know what to expect. However, when I entered the office, I was greeted by the receptionist and Matt, the licensed trainer. Matt was very good in thoroughly explaining the whole process. It was a wonderful experience! I prefer this type of workout as I think it's better in targeting my muscle and joint pain. The hydrotherapy massage table is a must try - you won't want to leave! The Owner, Carolyn is very helpful and personable! The price for membership is extremely reasonable!!! Stop in, you'll be glad you did!! I wish there was an Osteo Strong in Chicago where I live! Hey, maybe I'll open one!!! :) :) :)
