This is the worst agency in las vegas, they lie to you on every aspect, they are not profesionals at all, my family from cuba send me a package and i was waiting for over 3 weeks and every week they said im sorry the package is in tijuana, once the package arrived to las vegas it was missing half of the things my family have sent to me, and they told me they are not responsible and even charge me. My advice try another agency, there is a few of them.
