Provided by YP.comThey have apparently fired their nicest employees so you are now forced to work with their "lead engineers," who are probably the rudest people on the west coast. I have literally seen them make some of my coworkers cry for "wasting their time." The two saleswomen are nice enough, but then again, you're not calling them fix your computer issues. Lastly, for a company that claims to go above and beyond to handle your every need, the word "NO" seems to be suspiciously high in their choice of vocabulary. Should not have dropped our last IT company...
