I decided to get my A/C fixed now before the HOT weather. Got 2 quotes. One for $1600.00 the other for $1750.00. Went to One Stop Auto. Referred by a friend. They checked the system, gave their estimate and I was blown away. The total cost was $1189.00, complete for new equipment. The job was done and the A/C is fantastic. Ice cold and runs quiet. There is also a full warranty on their parts and labor, in writing on the sales receipt. Great prices, services and people that run and own the business. I know where I will be coming for all my future repair needs.

I moved to Las Vegas 3 months ago. I was having car issues and a friend gave my One Stop Auto. I had the diagnosis done and had two problems. The fuel regulator was leaking causing hard starting and the temp. was always high. I was given a quote for the fuel regulator and the water pump leak was causing the higher temp. Had the repairs done and the vehicle runs great. the prices were lower then what I expected. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and know how to repair problems. Great shop..

I was recommended to One Stop Auto from a co-worker. They stated that One Stop Auto has taken care of their vehicle for 20 years. I brought my car in because my A/C was dead. I had been given a quote about $2,100.00 and was told I need an entire system. I went to One Stop Auto and by the next day the diagnosis was done with a estimate for a 'new' compressor, a couple of other parts and evacuation and recharge for about $900.00. The repair came out great and I was one happy customer. I saved a bundle and got great working A/C. One Stop Auto has now become my only auto repair shop. the folks are great and so are the reairs and price..

I moved into Las Vegas from Florida and the first thing I was told I 'must have' are a good doctor, good lawyer and a good mechanic. Well I had the first two lined up and as of today, I found the best repair shop around. Driving 3000 miles took a toll on my vehicle. The check engine light came on and it ran so bad, I was ready to leave it on the side of the road. I had it towed to One Stop Auto and after a diagnosis and quote for repairs I decided to fix it. The results were fantastic and the repair bill was lower then I thought it would. Well I guess with my experience today, I found the last of my 3 must haves. Great repair shop west of the Mississippi.

When I first brought my vehicle to one stop it had so many problems i thought it was going to cost a fortune then they told me it didn't have as many issues as i thought and they fixed it for less than big O tires and midas. I will never go to another mechanic shop again!!!!! If you want quality work done at a good price go to one stop. They aren't just mechanics they are more like a family doctor for your car!

I took a 1990 Van to One Stop Auto, I just bought. It would run and then started to cut out. I had it towed to One Stop Auto. A family member recommended them. Dick the owner said he would check it out. Called me the next day told us it needed a fuel pump, float's, pump's, etc, and the cost would be almost $1400.00 i told him if that will fix it go ahead and fix it. Dick called the next day told me it run's like a champ and all the new part's he put on it. Paid for it and drove off and got stuck on the freeway, truck was doing the same thing as when i left it. Had it towed to Pahrump Nv where i live another $325.00 and got a call today that my truck was finished. They dropped the gas tank and One Stop Auto didn't replace any of the part's like he said he did. And it only cost $500 to fix. One Stop Auto charged for part's they never replaced plus $286 for diaonostic's after market part's, He ripped me off hard core, never touched the truck. I will be going to court.

I took my 2007 Audi A4 to the Audi dealer and after a 'complete diagnosis' was given an estimate of $1,442.00 to repair the problem. I was told that injector #2 was bad, I needed to change my spark plugs and I needed an EVAP Purge Valve. Beside having an oil change, cabin and air filter added to the estimate, with the diagnostic and the work to be done, the bill was @ 2,130.00. I called my father and he told me to take it to One Stop Auto. When the vehicle was tested, it showed (check engine light was on) that cylinder #3 was misfiring. After additional testing, changing out spark plugs and replacing #3 cylinder coil, the problem was gone. Total charge for testing, tuneup, coil and air filter was $478.00. Needless to say, the dealer was 'totally' off base in their diagnosis and charge. I will be going back to the dealer to ask for the money I paid for the diagnostic. My parents have been using One Stop Auto for many years and it looks that is where I will have my work done.

One Stop Auto Service charged only a very small fraction of the cost of what the dealership wanted for the same repair and I did not have to leave my car there all day! I recommend One Stop Auto Service to everyone...

As it usually goes, I needed repairs to my 2004 Caravan and was refered to One Stop Auto by a close friend. When I got to the shop I was amazed to see every bay was full and so was their waiting room. Obvious a good sign that people trusted their shop. I met the manager and told him what my vehicle was doing and that the check engine light was on. After the dianosis and the repair estimate, I went ahead with the repairs. I was very pleased with the time factor and the low price. I always compare pricing when I get the chance so the following day I called 1 independant shop and also the dealership. I told them what I needed and their estimates were almost twice what I had just paid at One Stop Auto. My friend was right on. This is a shop I would highly recommend. Great clean waiting area and rest rooms. Polite service people and the price was very reasonable. They are surely an 'Excellent Repair Shop'.

Stopped in since I needed A/C service and saw their sign from the Boulder Hwy. The vehicle was diagnosed and an estimate given. I went ahead with the repairs and was totally satisfied. A/C is ice cold and is working better now then when I bought the vehicle. the owner was polite and the staff very knowledgeable

When my vehicle quit running I was stuck on the freeway. When the tow truck arrived along with a Metro officer, I was told by both individuals to take my vehicle to One Stop Auto. It seems that both have had repairs done at One stop Auto and both recommended this shop. Anyway, when the vehicle was diagnosed it turned out to be a fuel pump that just gave out. The quote was prepared and presented. Just to check things out, I called the dealer and told them what I needed. The price they gave me really shocked me. the cost at One Stop Auto was about 40% less and came with a life time warranty. I had the work done and I'm one happy customer. Needless to say, I will return when I need additional work.

I was recommended by a friend to bring my car to One Stop Auto for my air conditioning that has not works for almost 2 years. When I arrived I was amazed to see that this shop was busy. I was greeted by the manager/owner and proceeded to explain the problem with my car. After about 45 minutes I was given an estimate on repairs, which I approved and within 3 hours, I had ice cold A/C in my car which I thought I would never have again. the price was great considering the higher prices I was quoted by other shop to get my A/C fixed. I'm glad my friend put me on to One Stop Auto. I now have found a repair shop that takes their business seriously and realy cares for their customers. I would not consider going any place else for my car care needs. They are really the best in Las Vegas.

I had an ignition switch changed. They charged me for 2 hours. The job should have been billed at 8 hours and they didn't charge me extra with bogus problems like many mechanics like to do.
