If you value your money and sanity you should avoid doing business with this bank at all costs.

Reason:

I have banked with One Nevada for several years and this is the final straw. They have truly convinced me that they do not value customers and do not understand that it is we the people who keep them in business. Here is my scenario: A day or so ago I deposited a check from my wifes account in the amount of 300 or so dollars. I have done this on several occasions from wifes account, same account, same bank. (also, I have direct deposit from my company into this dreadul establishment. So there really is not musch risk here I would think) However, for some unkown reason they put an extneded hold on this check for 10 days simply citing me they can do this at any time they want. This could not happen at a worst time. I am currently travelling out of states as I do for work, now have no gas, no room, and no food. Ouch! I tried to expain this to the superviser, she could care less, again citnig that they can do this type of thing to any one at any time. Now I ask you who read this. Is this an establishment that you want to be associated to? Do yourselves a favor, anyone who is considering using this bank ask yourself is this how I want to be treated?
