Needs 0 stars. Very close to being full on scammers. Our rental time with them has been the worst experience ever, culminating in legal action against them as they are making false claims on top of keeping the full deposit . Responded slow to repairs at best. Stay far away from .

They never return phone calls-ever!!!

Beware! They try to keep every cent of your security deposit. I lived in one of their rental properties for 2 years, and I took care of it like my own. I am a super clean person. I spent 2 weeks cleaning the home after move out to make sure it was perfect. I got the rugs professionally cleaned, painted the walls, scrubbed the kitchen and bathrooms until they sparkled, and had the landscape professionally cleaned. They walked in on move-out inspection day and proceeded to say my kitchen needed light cleaning along with my bathrooms. When I asked them to show me they pointed to a water spot in the refrigerator. Seriously?! They complained about the toilet seat being dirty, which it was not, it was normal wear and tear and needed to be replaced. We reported this on move-in condition. Then they complained that my lawn wasn't up to their standards. I will never rent from Oishi again. They do not respect the renters who take good care of their properties. They do everything in their power to keep every cent of your security deposit. They will not tell you what they are charging you when they hire "their" cleaners, or let you see what the cleaners did differently from your cleaning. I will recommend to everyone I know to never use them as a rental property, unless they like throwing money down the drain.

I wanted to inquire about a property listed by this company. Reading the past reviews changed my mind. I want a reliable and trustworthy property management. One review is totally opposite of the others. How can this be? I'm sorry to say but I unaminous rules!
