A licensed and insured Handyman that can be hired as Part time superintendent/ project manager/ estimator and consultant .We have over 50 plus years in construction in Las Vegas,to owning a general contractors (B-2) all so a C-3 framing and Drywall contractor license and being the QE and law on both license's .Being raised by a chief in the military that ran Nellis AFB and English woman i was very disciplined and taught to be well mannered and to keep my word like a man, who gets the job done no matter what even if i wasn't paid fairly and I keep my word, so when we say we're gonna get it done, that's what it means. Architect on my own 5000 square foot house ,built every phase my self with my crew from rough underground ,concrete all the way to the roofing, all finish, plumbing, Electrical, cabinets, trims, painting, Interior design .We have built carl's jrs, the bebe's at the form shops, hot topics at the boulevard mall, Sketchers and american eagle at town square, also the 100,000 sf Shiloh baptist church school and many other projects. So we've built everything from commercial projects to tract homes, custom homes, nursing facilities, restaurants,TI, Union carpenter at the building of Lexor hotel and other add on's casino union work .So if we built a lot of things in the town and been here for ever,since 1977.
