After five (5) managers in less than a year, that should tell you something to start with. Roof has been leaking for six months with no repairs made. The management company does not want to spend any money. Sometimes they forget that these are peoples' homes. Professional, not at all. Overpriced, yes for what you get. The roof issue has been brought to every manager's attention and never been taken care of. I even called the corporate office to speak with the district manager who also does not return phone calls or care. Beware to move here unless you enjoy the comforts of a Motel 6 property under an expressway bridge.
