Terrible customer service. As soon as I walked into the store the cashier yelled profanity at me because I did not have a mask to the top of my nose. So unprofessional never seen that kind of conduct from a service provider. Been going here for 30 years never again will I be back.

My father has been going to Oasis Hand Car Wash for years without incident or problems. However, on Sept. 17th around 10:00am there was a scrape on the bottom passenger bumper. My father asked to speak to a manager, we were told there wasn't a manager on property. We asked for a name and number of a manager to get in contact with. The employees took us into the office to get us the information and to show us video playback. All of a sudden, the owner, KEN SMITH, shows up and stops the employee from finish showing us the video playback. KEN SMITH yells at my father and me that he has no time for us or our problem. He offered to let us walk the property, but he was rude and screaming at my father, "where could a scrape happen?" and "I'm busy, I don't have time for this." I told KEN SMITH to change his attitude toward us. There is no need for him to speak to us like this and be disrespectful. At this point he asks us to leave the property. His actions are incriminating, and make him appear guilty. It also demonstrates this company does not care for their customers. This is a problem when a company feels they don't need to be responsible for issues and problems, or care for their customers. My father and I will never go back to Oasis Hand Car Wash and I urge everyone else to not give this company any more business. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect if an issue to arises.

They don't take coupons on your mobile phone, remember to print it on a paper before you go. Service is ok. Crews are friendly.

I purchased the $89 detail thinking it would be more to clean the center console of soda stains, but they did it as a part of the package. Dried soda and even the seat's fabric got cleaned of stains. Took about three hours, and it was still a bit wet from the cleaning (so I would expect that because I didn't). Took a little dirt off here or there myself, but its not like its placed in a vacuum (nothing is perfect). So very good.

We have three high end vehicles that we take great pride in owning. Although we live close to other numerous "hand" car wash places, Oasis is worth the drive. Our vehicles never scratch the rails and the workers take exceptional care in the detail work; especially rims. They even hand buffed out a few scratches! There is nowhere else in Vegas that would take that much care with our vehicles, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
