This is probably the worst property management company in Las Vegas. I'm a business owner, I know how to treat customers, New West does not. They have purposely deceitful policies to extort more money from their renters. If you want angry tenants that will move out this is the property management company for you. Already moving out, this place is the WORST management company. My rental is a nice place, I feel sorry for the landlord, what a poor choice in property management.

I just had tenants trash my house for New West to refund their deposit back. Although my contract states they have a fiduciary responsibility to me, the owner, I have an email form Melissa Fore stating they want to keep the tenants happy to ensure future business with them. My yard is destroyed. Holes in walls. Cabinets falling apart. I could go on. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

As a tenant, they are one of the worst property management companies to ever deal with. Our realtor and others in the area do not and will not suggest any houses that our through them anymore. They have no urgency to help you. They promised certain things will be done prior to our move in date and it did not get done. Then they pulled the "Your rental is as is". We had to go through our list and hassle them to get things done due to safety and hygiene reasons. The owner even uses his own maintenance person to come fix our issues since New West over charges him if anything needs to get fixed. Luckily, the maintenance guy is wonderful to work with once New west finally puts in our work orders after multiple calls. The only good thing about them is you can pay rent online. Which is great since I try to stay far away from the staff in the office especially Sandra Morey.

We are Renters.



Before when the oven broke it took about 45 days for them to replace it. Now the microwave is broken and it has been 30 days and it is still not fixed. The repair man came to look at the microwave and said it would be better to replace, but that was the last we heard any thing about this issue.



We gave 30 notice during the middle of the month but they do not recognize the 30 day notice until the 1st of the next month. That is directly in conflict with the lease. I now must take them to court.

I'm more than happy with New West. They are professional, courteous, and always willing to help. Not only were they willing to show me multiple houses to suit my very particular taste, they worked around my crazy schedule as I flew back and forth from my home town while looking for a new home in Vegas, even when that meant evening and weekend work for them. Now that I have been in the house for a few months, I have had to call on occasion to get a repair scheduled. I understand that is part of normal life, so I'm not annoyed by it, especially when the sweetest employee on the planet is there to arrange appointments with whatever repair company I need, follow-up to make sure I am happy, and keep following up until I am. Again - I couldn't be happier with a property management company. I will undoubtedly renew my lease with them as long as I stay in Vegas.

All the reviews are spot on. I would give zero stars if this were an option. If this is not the worst management company in Las Vegas, I would hate to see who is. Stay away as a renter, stay away as a property owner.

There's a reason they have barred up doors with buzzers and windows and lock you in when you come in their business! Think of the worst experience you EVER had with a property management company and you will barely understand how terrible this Company is. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! These people will get there's in the end...

Horrible company to work with

I moved into a POS house that now has every issue oimaginable. I emailed a request for multiple items and have heard nothing. It took 2 weekd for the latest issue a broken washer to be fixed, the owner had multiple liens from trash company and it took 6 months to get that cleared up. I can't wait for this lease to be up. Never again will I use them no matter how nice the home appears. Oh did I mention this house is built early 90's they sent Heckle and jeckle out to do the repair work and all they did was band aid everything. I have tiles out of place and mold in the shower, dishwasher that backs up and stinks up the kitchen, broken appliances and cat urine soaked carpet upstairs. We had a pro come clean the carpet and it still smells of cat. We even found cat turds in the corner afer move in. Naturally they say nothing.

Stay Away!! they are a rip-off and liars. I have been telling them for 5 years to get repairs done on the house. 2 years ago instead of fixing the master shower leak, they had it covered up. Now there's mold and they claim this is first knowledge of the problem. Uh hello mcfly, you knew about it because you had it fixed. They don't take responsibility for anything and the head of maintenance, delores, do not deal with her. She claims to know nothing ever. She will lie right to your face even after you show her video of a prior conversation. yes, that brazen! Just save yourself the nastiness and steer clear of them

Don't waste your time, They will make you CRAZY!!!

Save yourself, your family and any sanity you might have left and stay away from these folks. I have been dealing with water leak issues for 2 years, the house now has black mold and all they can do is the blame game. And delores is so rude and should NOT have a job. They will all gang up on you and lose all your work orders. If you call in several things at once they will break them out into one order each so that they can charge it back to you. They never follow through with ANYTHING they say. If you don't have it in writing, with witnesses and video, they will try to worm their way out of anything. Lazy losers. Not worth the heartache and stress, there are other places out there. I currently have retained an atty and have contacted news stations.

Theifs!!! Run fast and far from this company!!!!

I went through this company because I knew a member of their team. I read the reviews and I figured well...I know soemone here I won't be cheated. I was so wrong. The "friend" was the one that did me wrong. This company is so unethical I can't even begin to describe it to you. I am in the middle of filing a case against them for theft. They over charged me. They have not heard the last from me. A word of caution.....please do not use them. They are bad. All of the reviews are true!!!

I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy! STAY FAR AWAY! All it takes is one phone call and you will see how unprofessional these people are. The owner is a greedy coward. The property managers are the same way - they hide behind emails. The other employees are miserable "know it all" women who are more concerned with hearing themselves speak than actually doing their job. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and go with someone else! This is coming from a Las Vegas local as of 8 years, Air Force veteran, mother, model, and graduate student.

RENTER BEWARE! When I moved in...

RENTER BEWARE! When I moved into my house it was far from "clean". I lived there for 2 1/2 years, was never late on rent & made improvements at my own cost. When I moved out the place was spotless! Carpets & interior professionally cleaned! However, when I received my security deposit back it was short $350.00! I was charged $20 for a single air filter replacement (the filter was only 3 weeks old), $75 for 2 smoke detector batteries + labor, $200 for touch-up painting, & several other nit picky charges. Small "replacement" charges here & there wouldn't be a big deal...but $350 dollars worth??!!

Absolutely the RUDEST and most UNETHICAL business I've ever known!!!

This property management doesn't care about anything but the bottom line... and it was obvious!! According to the contract everything would be clean and ready to move in. When I did the walk through, I notcied absolutely disgusting things that needed to be dealt with before I move in. I turned in my paperwork and they absolutely refused!! The contract stated everything I needed to do before I left the property, yet they didn't even give it to me in that condition!! It was filthy, dirty, and absoultely disgusting in the kitchen and bathroom areas and they refused to clean it. I even took pictures and turned it into them so they can see. They kept stating the the property manager did a walk through and agreed that everything was up to their standards. I went in circled with this people to the point where I told them I didn't want to continue my contract since they wouldn't hold up their own end and do their part. We gave them a total of $1745.00 and they gave us back $152!!

LOL at their objective. They do nothing to reach their "goals." They are absolutely horrific and should be put out of business. There needs to be a worse rating than "disappointing." It needs to be "disgusted."

Slumlords is an underestimate for these people. I have been a renter with them for 2.5 years and have never been late once. I just got a bill for over 200$ for repairs and a gardner that they sent over on their own accord, the letter said pay it or leave. When I call to talk to the manager about the fees she doesnt even have the decency to get on the phone with me, literally i was told she wont talk to you email her. thats what i get? Thanks alot sandra!! Does anybody know her bosses name or the name of a good lawyer? Dont ever rent anything from this company!!!!!!!
