Cannot speak to someone directly, which just put stress on individuals who truly need assistance. Also turned the items in that were asked of me on time, yet havent received any word and its been a week. In the mean time suffering to scrape together a meal each day for my kid. Frustrating because I have worked over 25 yrs. Now that I need help the system ( employees) take their time, not realizing their effecting peoples lives in a hurting way.

don't bother trying to call on the first of the month because everyone gets benefits on the first and they just shut there phones off because they are lazy.

do not call the 1897 cause the lady will pick up and hang up on you then put her phone straight to voice mail.... sorry to bother you but when your at work do your job!!!!
