Naca is a wonderful place to help you go through the home buying process, they helped me make my dreams come true.

My husband and I are working with NACA to purchase our first home. It has been a very informative journey so far. The story behind NACA is very motivating, this organization pushes to create equality in the home buying process. We just completed our intake session and our counselor was very patient, accommodating and helped walked us through the entire process.

Working with NACA has bee great. My counselor makes this experience so easy. I can't wait to close on my home.

NACA was a huge help in getting my first home. Buying a home is always going to have its ups and downs, but NACA was there to help me through the process every step of the way. Everyone that I worked with was very knowledgeable and worked to get me and my home taken care of. This, coupled with the extremely low interest rate on my house, made me suggest NACA to anyone that is looking to buy a home.
If youre looking for a home, I would definitely suggest looking into NACA.

So far my experience with NACA has been wonderful! I cant believe how professional everyone has been and I really loved the workshop! So far we have most of the documents we need in hand, and have scanned alot of our stuff before meeting with our Counselor. We really are excited to see what the future holds and are hopeful to be in our first home by the first quarter of next year!

My experience so far with the NACA program is excellent and the NACA counselors has been very informing, helpful, and accessible.
Since the corona virus pandemic, they have taken many precautions for both their safety and ours. They have webinar classes which are so enlightening. The counseling sessions are done online to help with social distancing. My counselor, Mekedes is great. She explains everything as we go over all the requirements and answers all my questions. She has a great personality and easy to talk to. She is easily accessible via email and always replies quickly.
The NACA program is a wonderful program that everyone who is thinking of buying a home should consider. I look forward to continuing my progress with her and the other phases of the home buying process.

So far, so good. My meeting with my mortgage counselor went well. I started my journey in June of 2020 and I am ready for the next level (qualification in August). I just need a few letters of explanation (address, names, student loans, etc.) Many documents needed can be retrieve online. My advice to all trying to qualify for NACA is to start uploading documents as soon as you receive your NACA ID. This made my process smooth and I didn't require anything extra. My mortgage counselor, RJ was pretty easy going. I am lucky to have him be my mortgage counselor and loan officer.-KCW

Negative stars! The height of incompetence. I thought this office was the problem but then read more about the company nationally on blogs and even people with a good opinion of this company go though 3 years of processing only to have NACA mess up it up at close of escrow. It's as though they get paid not to close loans. Not only do they not process loan applications, they love to waist your time in endless meetings requiring neverending conditions that you must submit over and over and over and over. If you do get to a purchase contract, expect them to deny their own inspections and appraisals and cause you to lose your contract or have to extend for a minimum of 90 days. Monumental waste of time!
