I consider myself a very easy-going person and it takes a lot to dissapoint me. I put my trust in Naakiti Floral Design for my destination wedding in Las Vegas; boy am I ever sorry I did. I sent Randi, the owner, a photo of the exact bouquet I wanted and she assured me that she could recreate it. She charged me $220.00 in advance, so I was expecting a grand bouquet. On the day of my wedding, I found a tiny, sad, and pathetic version of the bouquet in the photo I sent. It was the wrong shape, used the wrong flowers, the wrong color of ribbon and was so small that my coordinator mistook it for a tossing bouquet. My bridesmaids and the church tried contacting Naakiti Floral for 4 hours on the day of my wedding. No one answered the phone and the voicemail was full. When I wrote to complain after the wedding, Naakiti did nothing to compensate for their horrible business practices, and in fact, tried to turn it around on me. Do NOT use this florist. You will be dissapointed.
