I brought my Chrysler in for repair of 5 engine and suspension items and following their inspection, quoted me a price well below a previous quote. That same day, all parts were promptly made available and the car was finished early the next day. The shop Manager and all the employees were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and treated my car as if it was their own. Even the receptionist who took my order was technically familiar with all my issues. During the repair, the Manager informed me of three other problems that needed immediate repair and when all jobs were completed, I was given a test ride with the Manager over a variety of road conditions. It performed so well that I couldn't believe it was the same car. I can't recall ever being treated so well at any auto repair shop and I highly recommend them to anyone with auto problems.

I have been going to My Auto on Ann Rd. for several years now. Great service and the mechanics know their stuff. I have serviced all my cars there and have recommended my friends there. They too are happy with the service. I have never had a problem with these guys and trust their working prices.

Sat all day waiting for a pretty pricey repair, saw other cars pulling up after me but pulling in before me. After hours of waiting I was asked to return the next day and they would not honor the first price I was quoted and wanted to charge me more because they seen I had cash. I didn't return and would never return, terrible customer interaction and inflation on prices is enough aside from the unnecessary long wait.

They lied about how much a part costs that had to be ordered from the dealership. Never again will I take my car there to get fixed.
