AVOID! I'm not going to waste my time going into the details. I picked these guys because I expected more from a national chain and was willing to pay a little more for it. They promised one thing, did a crappy job, and then upsell you to the next more expensive job. Then they did a crappy job at that, and upsell you to the next level. Once again, a crappy job with more upsell pressure. Followed up for 3 weeks trying to get promised service, then gave up. Ended up being the most expensive service I ever bought on a home. If you get a coupon in the mail, throw it away. It's their way to get a foot in the door, then hold onto your wallet. Just avoid and find a local company with owners who used to work for these national chains and left in disgust. You might get what you need for 50-75% off and also get a better job.
