Provided by YP.comcustomer service doesn't know what they're servicing. Took 45 minutes for someone to tell me what the Adtek equipment was that they charged me $600 for (on e-bay for $59.99) told them I'd by the one on e-bay for the return they said, "no, it has to have our sticker on it" - - now they took away my credit balance and charging the $600. Tempted to report to US Utility Commission.....
