Terrible company! They hire employees who will try and extort you for more money (even when contractually they are in the wrong),and their management will do nothing to mitigate the situation nor demonstrate any semblance of customer service. My movers were over 2 hours late for BOTH the pick-up (June 14) and the drop-off (July 24). For my particular move, it took almost TWO FULL WEEKS after my things were picked up for my paperwork to even make it back to the company's headquarters for my drop-off schedule to even get processed. Meanwhile, I am ready for my things three (June 17) days after my items were picked up. I have that date photo documented if needed.When my things were finally delivered (OVER A MONTH after my first available date), the driver of the truck tried to EXTORT me for extra money. He parked farther away from where I told him to, in order to get a "long carry" fee; I quickly let him know he could move his truck closer (like I already told him). Then (when that scheme didn't work), he said he was not made aware of stairs (I was on the second floor), and I let him know he is welcome to use the elevator (which is right by the entrance), oh and by the way, my contract SPECIFICALLY stated that a flight of stairs was included. Later,he told me he was AUTHORIZED to leave my things on the first-floor entryway. After I told him absolutely not, he finally agreed to not try and extort more money out of me, and that he would take it up with the company. Fast forward to them FINALLY finishing, 8 hours after they were scheduled to show up, I am unpacking and find multiple broken dishes, my couch with a huge slash in it, my bookshelf destroyed, and my mattresses all with black marks, scratches, and signs of extremely rough handling.I obviously told them about the extortion attempt, and all I got was "we don't think that happened, we'll look into it". I even sent them a complete write-up of what happened, and NO follow up occurred. Check out any other review site and the BBB; they all say this company is garbage!

I just had my things delivered from Peoria, Arizona and the move went smooth. I was so stressed out moving out of state, with so many things on my mind and to get ready for, Move On Moving just made it easier. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family. Also, they were cheaper than many other companies around and they picked up and delivered my things on time. I'll give them a big tthumbs up!

Terrible experience! Not only did they misquote us, when we called the customer service rep that set everything up, he wouldn’t respond to our calls. Drivers show up and tell us it’s going to cost us $2300 more because we were “over” our footed they quoted us. We had pack everything up and we were told they do it for you. They made us leave a bunch of stuff in our garage because “it wouldn’t fit.” Then it took over three weeks to move us. When the driver showed up, he explained and showed us the size of the truck and everything fit into the original quoted size amount. So the drivers that picked up our things lied and scammed us out of money. Then they took over three weeks. When we would call the office, they would hang up on us. After we unpacked our things (which they did not do as promised) we noticed things that were broken and also a box of our nice watches was missing (hundreds of dollars worth). This company was not truthful or professional at all. They should be shut down.

We have had a horrible experience with this company. We contracted to move two rooms of furniture for my 91 year old mother who is moving into assisted living in CA. The quoted price more than doubled right before pickup. We were told to expect a 1-3 day delivery window. It has been 13 days. My mom’s stuff is still in a warehouse somewhere in Las Vegas with no schedule for delivery. This move was already stressful for my mom but her inability to move into her new place, lack of clothes, etc. is really upsetting for her. I stress that Move On has not contacted us a single time since pickup to discuss a delivery date. The only communication with us that was initiated by them was a demand for payment, which we stupidly paid in full. We have had no communication from Move On about a delivery date. All communication has been initiated by us with Move On. When not sent to voice mail, we have gotten repeated run arounds, i.e., “the truck broke down,” “we couldn’t fit all of your mom’s furniture into a truck” (two rooms), “the truck is in Nor Cal and needs to get back to Vegas,” “we are putting a truck together perhaps next weekend for California,” etc. It has been and continues to be a nightmare. This company does not care about its customers and is astonishingly arrogant. I have filed complaints with NV, CA and feds about Move on’s failure to meet their legal obligations. Meanwhile we wait.... I urge anyone looking for a reliable moving company to save yourself grief by avoiding Move On, a truly disreputable company.

My husband has to relocate every few years for his job. I have kind of gotten used to the idea of moving. What I didn’t get used to is dealing with the stress. There are always too many last minute tasks at hand and something always goes wrong. For the first time ever, we moved without any issues and it was the doing of Move on moving. This company was just amazing. Their movers were all very professional and efficient. They finished all the packing and loading in record amount of time. The best part was that we didn’t have to do anything, which meant we could focus on the other aspects of the move. They delivered everything on time and nothing was broken or damaged. I am so grateful to have finally found the moving company I was always looking for.

Move on moving is a moving company with very high standards. I had hint about their quality when I first called them and the man on the phone sounded so experienced. He called me back with an amazing quote. Everything went smoothly from there on. The movers were all very enthusiastic and efficient. They finished the job so fast that I felt like I was watching an action movie. Each of my valuables was moved without even a slight scratch on them. I can blindly rely on this amazing moving company.

I was in talk with 3 moving companies and finally selected Move on moving simply because of their customer service. The man on the phone seemed so polite and friendly. He explained each aspect of their services very clearly and broke down the cost. The movers arrived right on time to my house. The men were very capable for this job and it showed in the way they worked. First, they packed up everything with all the right packing materials. Then they systematically moved everything onto the van waiting outside. The men helped each other out and it was amazing to see their coordination. The company turned out to be very reliable as they delivered all my boxes and furniture in great condition. I am definitely rooting for Move on moving.

I wasn’t expecting much from them given the low estimate but they really surprised me. The movers arrived right on time to start moving our stuffs. They wasted no time in packing everything neatly. The whole thing was done in just 3 hours. I have rarely seen such efficiency before in my life. The delivery was made on time and all my valuables traveled very well. I will definitely hire them again.

Move on moving was the only moving company that did what was promised. They didn’t charge a cent over the estimate. Their movers arrived on time and delivered everything safely. I have to mention the crew especially because they were simply the hardest working men I have ever encountered. Everything about them was so professional. They packed everything carefully and then carried everything out methodically. I was so impressed seeing these men doing what they do best. They made this move so effortless for me.

Let’s be honest; relocation isn’t cheap. The moving companies quote such ridiculous hourly rates that you wish you didn’t have to move at all. The only way to minimize the cost of moving is to hire a company with very efficient workers who don’t waste time. I was happy to pay exactly what was worth but not a cent over that. I hired Move on moving for my move from Reno, NV to Boise, ID and asked them several times if they had any extra hidden costs that would rock up later on. They assured me there would be none and they kept their promise. Their crew was very efficient. I have a lot of stuffs and some of them are very fiddly and fragile. I also have a massive collection of wine glasses. I wanted the movers to be very careful with my things but do their jobs fast. I understand how contradictory my requirements might have sounded. Amazingly, the guys did exactly what I asked for. They were very precise with their work and time efficient too. I was very impressed with them.

Move on moving has become a household name in my family. Whenever anyone is relocating, we always hire them. Even I hired them to my stuffs when I was moving. As always, they delivered what they promised. I was looking for an early morning slot but they could only accommodate in the afternoon. Other companies would probably give you the morning slot and show up in the afternoon. The movers arrived right on time and took just 3 hours to finish loading everything. Their packing skills are always great. I believe Move on moving provides the movers extra training in these fields. The delivery was made on time and nothing was damaged. It’s clear why my family keeps hiring the same company. There is no moving company more reliable than Move on moving.

I always thought hiring moving companies costs too much. Thankfully, my move wasn’t expensive at all since I hired Move on moving. They seemed friendly enough before the move and quoted me a very handsome per hour rate. They weren’t trying to impress me with shiny vans or uniformed movers. Everything was very routinely standard and went as smooth as it could. I think no-frills moving companies are really worth looking into because they do the same job as the fancy ones but charge you much lower.

Moving companies are just so ridiculously priced these days. However, there is Move on moving which is not expensive at all. This company really wants to provide quality services to the middle class people. They have vans that work just fine. They employ men who are experienced enough. They charge you pretty low but really give you a great service. They took such good care of me and all my stuffs when I hired them. I am forever grateful to Move on moving.

I never imagined a coast-to-coast relocation could be this easy! But when the moving company is Move on moving, start expecting the impossible. They quoted so low to begin with. I would have been glad enough if they did an okay job given the price tag. But they elevated it to another level. I got a call from the company on the moving day asking if the movers could come early. Since when do movers show up on time? Let alone be early! They finished the whole packing and loading process within a blink of eye. It was a sensational performance. On top of everything else, only 2 glasses of mine couldn’t survive the trip!

I haven’t encountered a moving company as reliable as Move on moving. They performed just amazingly during my last move in October. Their quote was spot on, the movers were very capable and everything was very systematic. The best part about this move was the fact that none of my belongings was broken or damaged at the end of the move. My friends are always telling how they have been ripped off by the moving companies they hired. But my experience with Move on moving has been great.

My wife was dreading our move from Carson City, NV to Bellevue, WA. We were first time movers so the dread was well expected! I hired Move on moving to handle the move. They were so amazing that even my wife agreed that this relocation was just too easy. They arrived on time and wasted no time while working. They worked like machines packing everything and then loading them on to the van. The space in the van was properly utilized. The delivery was made on the scheduled day with all our stuffs intact. I wasn’t expecting such efficiency from these guys. My wife is not scared of moving anymore.

My relocating experience has never been that good until I hired Move on moving. They had a long distance to cover and I had to completely rely on the expertise of my movers. They performed amazingly though. They showed up on time, packed everything quickly and loaded the van with my valuables. After 3 days the delivery was made. All my breakables survived the journey. It was a flawless performance by the movers from Move on moving.

I hired Move on moving quite hastily as I needed some movers very urgently. But, on contrary to my fears, the movers turned out to be delightful. The men were all very experienced and it showed in their work. They packed up all our belongings in just 2 hours. Not only were they fast, they were also very efficient. They took such great care of our furniture while loading them onto the van. Soon they were off to the road. They made the delivery right on time as well. All our things traveled quite well. I have no words for how amazingly this crew handled my move.

No other moving company cares about your valuables as much as Move on Moving does. I can say that because they handled my relocation without any issues whatsoever and in the end all my valuables survived the journey without even a single scratch on them. They quoted very reasonably and the customer service was very helpful. They constantly kept me in the loop through phone calls and emails. The movers were fantastic. They maintained the timings and worked very efficiently. Moving is not rocket science but it is difficult enough. Thanks to Move on Moving for relieving me off this dreadful chore.
