My first experience with them and I feel they were upfront and honest to deal with. The initial quote was accurate and they did not unecessarily replace parts even though they were pre-authorized to replace them should it need to be done. Pricing was competitive, communication was great and the turnaround time was very good.

This place is second to none, Period!! My 98 CBR 600 broke down out in the desert in 117 degree heat. At the time I had no way to transport my bike from where it sat. Where I was located wouldn't even show up on GPS. I called Moto Zone and explained my situation. The gentleman I spoke with immediately drove to his house in Henderson, got his truck and trailer, then drove all the way to the North side, driving around till he found me and picked up my bike for repair. These guys are THE BEST!

i brought my son's ktm 50 in a box to motozone that i had someone else tare apart that could not put back together. it just sat there for month's. motozone not only took on the job, they put the bike back to gether in the time they said they would within a week. It has never ran better!!!! I highly recommend them.

I got my bike worked on by them and they gave me a great deal. They did what they said they would do. No hidden charges or surprises on the bill. My bike has never ran better. Would recommend MotoZone to anyone needing anything for a motorcycle.
