The night people that checked us in were very nice. But that night the people above us must have had a part all night, we didnt get any sleep. Then the next day we asked for no i mean no maid service. We have alot of medicine so i dont want anything to happen. Well they went in there anyway and cleaned the room and guess what? 1 of my meds was missing. Not only that the bottom of the shower was never cleaned i took video of me running my nail across the bottom to show how bad it was. And she didn't clean the bathroom. When we called to talk to the day people they treated us like crap. At first we were going to stay another day and asked if my husband would get his military discount, they told us no and we had to be out by 11am. All because we didn't want maid service and because i told them about the bottom of the shower and the lack of cleaning. We also had to deal with the people above us smoking pot. We dont smoke. Drink. Or do drugs. We are God fearing people and we come to vegas every month for family. We well never stay in a place with such rude uncaring people. Im so surprised how we were treated.
