Provided by YP.comDon't believe their advertising PR. The positive review must have been written by them as well. This company is AWFUL!! We started the loan process to purchase a second home a month and a half before the close of escrow. We were promised that the loan would be processed quickly and painlesssly (just like their PR hype). What we actually recieved was a nightmare of delay after delay and a number of excuses why they could not preform. At one point, the computer system was down for 4 DAYS!! The company could not deliver on their promises yet never accepted responsibility for anything. The seller was gracious enough to to extend the escrow closing deadline three different times based on promises by this company that the loan was definately going to be approved. In the end, the seller cancelled the deal and we lost our ernest money. We have excellent credit score and high salary numbers. Think of the problem that you would have if you had a blemish on your credit. I sugest that you look elsewhere for your mortgage needs.
I do not know why I never saw this posting before. I did look up this file. It was denied as the lender at the time did not beleive the clients case. We did not know about the earnest money deposit. I am sorry you felt this way, Mr. Blevins. It is so long ago, I am thinking you may feel differently now. When people get denied (it does sometimes happen) they do get angry and I completely understand this. But we did care, we did pay for a few things on your behalf, and would have issued a denial letter asap which is normally what is required to get the earnest money back< depending on how the purchase contract is written up. Loans have gotten a little easier in many way since this, and harder in other ways. It is an ever changing market.
