I often go to the Montana Meat Co. to enjoy the food, it really is great quality. That being said...to my disapointment when I sat at the bar this evening and spent quite a bit of cash at the poker machine while I ate, I was suprised to get a bill with a charge for my two cocktails. I asked Scott the bartender(Durango location)why the drinks were not complimentary when patrons are gaming. his reply was "the machine told me that you only played $5 honey!". I was offended by his remark because I am not his "honey" and I spent much more than five bucks in the machine. I will choose to go elsewhere to find good food and better service from now on. Careful how you disregard your customers, sometimes they are correct and perhaps deserve the benefit of the doubt. Sad for me because I live close and went often. All the best in learning to give quality service and being sucessful in business.
