Just above the Strip on the 11th floor of the Paris Las Vegas' Eiffel Tower replica, Chef J. Joho's Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers the city's premier French cuisine, breathtaking views of the Las Vegas strip and is regarded as the crown jewel in Paris Las Vegas' collection of restaurants. Guests are whisked to the restaurant in a glass elevator that opens to the electric activity of one of the city’s top kitchens before being escorted to the dining room, where panoramic views and exquisite cuisine take center stage. The glittering lights of the Las Vegas Strip appear even more dramatic in the dining room’s intimate lighting, and guests are treated to spectacular views of the glorious Bellagio water fountain show. Metal framework from the Eiffel Tower dramatically breaks through the restaurant walls and creates a modernized art deco style. “No matter what you call it, it’s smashing,” says Muriel Stevens of the Las Vegas Sun. Tours of Eiffel Tower Restaurant are available throughout the day. Chef/proprietor J. Joho has artfully updated a classic French menu. Highlights include a Grand Seafood Platter with Lobster, Shrimp, Oysters, Crab and Clams, Beef Wellington, Roasted Rack of Lamb, and a decadent selection of Soufflés.

I had oysters and the boar ragu pasta. Both were excellent. Our server was really patient with us as we tried to figure out what the heck to order -- lots of great options made ordering the hardest part. This is just a solid dining experience for the Strip.

This is a favorite restaurant of many years and I've taken many groups here. It's like walking into a classic Parisian steakhouse... Great environment and food, and best views of bellagio fountains. If there's a long line, walk right past it and go to bar area facing fountains and dine there.

My favorite place to start Vegas vacation

The first restaurant I start with every Vegas trip. Get the steak bearnaise or the hanger steak.

I'm not really a fan of French food, but majority of my group wanted to eat here. The food was pretty good, though it is kind of a scramble to find something more free of French influence. I had the Chicken Paillard which was pretty good. If you sit on the patio, you have a perfect view of the Bellagio's fountain display as well. Besides that I'm not a fan of French food, my only real issue was that I paid in cash and my waitress automatically assumed I did not want any change. I asked her three times for change back over 30 minutes and she kept trying to tell me that she could only give me a certain amount back.

Excellent Homegrown French Bis...

Excellent Homegrown French Bistro

My wife and I agree that Mon Ami Gabi is our favorite Las Vegas restaurant. We enjoy the French onion soup and the view of the Bellagio fountains from the patio.

I recently made a solo trip to Las Vagas, and after taking advantage of the latest Stratophere thrill of jumping off of the top attached to a cable, I headed straight to Mon Am Gabi for a great dinner. I sat at the intimate bar just inside the entrance. The bartender was delightful and entertaining. It was as if we bar patrons were having our own party.

I ordered the petite salad maison and the steak classique and an irresistable second martini. The salad was delightfully fresh, and I savored every bite of the superb cut of meat. Hand-cut frites were a perfect complement.

Two years ago, my wife attended a cousin's birthday luncheon in Mon Ami Gabi's private dining room. The family had a memorable experience (and it wasn't too expensive).

Although Mon Ami Gabi is a bit pricey, dollar for dollar it's likely to bring you more joy than the slots.

Good French Bistro in Vegas

Every time I go to Vegas, I always stop by this restaurant. It's located in Paris hotel facing the strip so you'll never miss it.
