I've gotta say...I'm super impressed with this company. The most professional I've seen in awhile. Not only did I get an appointment within a couple days, they told me what to fix and what I could do to improve things around the house and walked through everything with me.

Mold Inspection & Testing were very detail oriented, prompt, and patient. My closing notes were clear and organized with comments and photos for reference.

They'll look out for your best interests. Their price, is well beyond reasonable. They treats you with respect. The few I called before them didn't return my call or just didn't seem nearly as qualified as they did when questions were asked. If you need an inspector, I'd say give Mold Inspection & Testing a try!

Mold Inspection & Testing and the team were great! They were prompt, professional and courteous. They worked efficiently and even totally cleaned up after themselves.

Theese guys were always on time, very patient and through. They walked us through possible causes and solutions and and were really knowledgeable.

The thoroughness of my report impressed me. It's also impressive that he continued to research as to what's common and accepted in inspections.

Do your homework and find a good one yourself a good mold inspection company. You want to be hiring someone looking out for you and not their own personal interest. MI&T did just that, and I'm so happy with my results!

The inspector went above and beyond my expectations during his review of my home. He found structural and maintenance issues even though my home is less than 5 years old! Not only did he scrutinize the maintenance and craftsmanship of the home, he even gave me tips on how to solve this issue in the future! Professional and sincere in his work, I feel confident in moving forward with the needed repairs that will keep my home maintained as long as possible. It's not often that you come across professionals who provide a service well done and know that they have your best interest in mind!
