The work was completed on time and on budget. The guys go above and beyond in the type of work they do.

It took a while to get through the mold inspection process, but MI&T were honest and good to work with!

Their report was filled with tons of pictures with explanations and arrows -- all very helpful. It was 67 pages in total and clearly took a lot of time and attention to detail to write.

What's important, though, is how they handled their job. They were detailed, thorough, and would even turn around and describe to me EVERYTHING he was looking at, ways to improve it, and options we had.

They explained everything in detail so I was well aware of the condition of my home. I threw every question I could possibly think of at them and the inspector had knowledgeable answers for every one

MI&T did the most detailed and competent inspection that I have seen and gave us 2 copies of the report, which they printed on the spot.

This inspection was great. MI&T were diligent about carefully inspecting every part of the home. They also took time to explain not only issues they saw, but also how to maintain my home in the future.

The final report was received in a timely manner and was very detailed and also included great pictures for documentation.

They were thorough in the mold inspection, and gave useful advice regarding what needs to be done, the best way to do it, and what can be ignored for now.

The inspectors walked us through all of the issues, were extremely thorough, and matter of fact -- both raising and alleviating concerns. They also offered suggested changes, thoughts about possible updates to the home and had suggestions about who to contact for different projects.

MI&T were at the door right on time, walked me through every step, and was very thorough. They took pictures of all the other elements that could possibly need attention.
