Desert Mini charged me over $700 for diagnosis - if you want to call it that. They misdiagnosed my car twice and I left with more problems than I had when I went in. Once they found out I wasn't going to keep giving them piles of cash to throw parts at my problem, they lost interest. My experience has been that if your car is under warranty, you are treated pretty well. Once the warranty is gone, they are only interested if you keep giving them piles of cash and don't ask questions. I found an independent mechanic who diagnosed the car correctly in two hours, and didn't charge me a king's ransom for checking it out.



If I could rate this place zero stars, I would.

my vehicle was in for servicing and was treated very poorly, i went to pick the vehicle up and fond that items were stole from within the vehicle, there were grease stains throughout the leather interior, and there was damage to the panels on the interior. They told me they would need it for another day that turned into to to detail the car and replace the panel that was broken, when i went to pick it up the had not replaced the broken pieces and the detail was shotty at best. They also told me that they would not do anything about the stolen items and it was my fault. I will never take any of my vehicles or purchase on from a desert location again. They could have corrected the problems in a more professional manner and not just shifted blame.
